Dear Sir/Madam, Chemonics Group UK Limited, implementing the project "Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine" Phase 2 (PFRU-2) referred under the international technical assistance, invites you to submit a proposal for: Procurement of services of Integrated Review and Assessment of Youth Mental Health Needs and Youth Centre Response Capacity in Selected PFRU Target Oblasts. The goal of the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 is a multi-year, multi-donor-funded programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.
